🪴 Growing Red Onion in Containers

Red onions are easy to grow and suitable for home gardens, terraces, balconies, and open spaces.

🌤️ Sowing Season

Can be grown all year round under suitable climate conditions.

🌱 Soil Preparation

Well-drained, nutrient-rich soil supports healthy bulb formation.
Recommended soil mix:

• 🟤 Red soil – 40%

• 🌱 Vermicompost – 40%

• 🥥 Coco peat – 20%

🪣 Container Requirement

• Use pots or grow bags with minimum 12-inch depth
